Amanda-Faye is a writer specializing in creative copy. She loves copy editing and has been known to do it at inappropriate times, like while browsing tombstones in graveyards, but then again, everyone deserves a hobby. Blogging is another hobby and professional endeavor of hers, and she has worked extensively with both WordPress and TypePad. Amanda-Faye writes with humor and candor in a concise manner, unless the job calls for something else, in which case she is also very good at being dry and verbose. Social networking grew from a pastime to a career in 2008, when she became Marketing Coordinator at The Pleasure Chest in Los Angeles, creating, managing, and building a following for the retailer’s first Facebook and Twitter accounts with clever and relevant daily posts. Today she freelances in the copy writing and social networking fields, in addition to entertaining at least 588 people a day with the hilarious insights on her personal Facebook page.

Amanda-Faye’s newest passion is screenwriting, something that is very unusual in L.A., so she certainly has that going for her.

Other interests include saying hello to every dog that walks by, reading, cooking, dancing, internet research, Pomeranians, and taking multiple-choice tests.

She lives in the Los Angeles area with her person Joe and her Pomeranian Cinder-Eleanor.
